Beef Pasta Bake

A hearty and delicious pasta bake with ground beef, bacon, and a cheesy topping. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 100 g diced bacon
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 400 g pasta
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 g grated cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the bacon. Cook until crispy.
3. Add the onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
4. Add the ground beef and brown it thoroughly.
5. Crumble the beef bouillon cubes into the beef mixture, then add sugar, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
6. Pour the crushed tomatoes over the mixture and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
7. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and mix it with the beef mixture.
8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
9. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
10. Allow it to cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
