A simple and delicious spaghetti dish with a fresh tomato and pea sauce.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bag of peas (frozen or fresh)
- 1 finely chopped red bell pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Olive oil for sautéing
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and keep warm.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until they are soft.
4. Add the chopped red bell pepper and sauté for a few more minutes.
5. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Let cook for a few minutes.
6. Add the peas and mix well. Season with salt to taste.
7. Combine the spaghetti with the sauce and mix thoroughly.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
