Caprese Salad

A refreshing and delicious Caprese salad combining fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil. An excellent side dish or light main course. Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 2-4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 1 bunch of basil
- 100 ml olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of white pepper
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Wash the tomatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
2. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
4. Place the basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and white pepper, then drizzle the mixture over the salad.
6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
