A refreshing Italian appetizer that combines the flavors of cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil on skewers.

Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Skewers
Instructions:
1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
2. Prepare the mozzarella balls; if they are large, cut them into smaller pieces.
3. Take fresh basil and separate the leaves from the stems.
4. Take the skewers and alternately thread a cherry tomato, a piece of mozzarella, and a basil leaf onto each skewer.
5. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
6. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
7. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the skewers.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
