Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Skewers
Instructions:
1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
2. Cut the mozzarella balls into smaller pieces if they are large.
3. Take the skewers and start assembling: add a cherry tomato first, followed by a basil leaf, and then a piece of mozzarella.
4. Repeat until the skewers are filled with your desired amount of ingredients.
5. Place the finished skewers on a serving platter.
6. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the skewers.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
