A refreshing and delicious Italian salad that combines tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Perfect summer dish! Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them into rounds.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese into rounds as well.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top.
5. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
