Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe dragon fruit (cut into wedges)
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1 orange (segmented)
- 1 peach (diced)
- 1/2 pineapple (diced)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the dragon fruit into wedges. Place the wedges in a large bowl.
2. Dice the mango, segment the orange, dice the peach, and dice the pineapple. Add all the fruits to the bowl with the dragon fruit.
3. Gently mix the fruits together. If desired, add honey to sweeten the salad.
4. Serve the salad in the dragon fruit shells or in a bowl.
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
