Ingredients:

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup finely chopped zucchini
- 1 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg and rolled oats. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
2. Add the grated carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
3. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
