A light and refreshing summer dish featuring grilled fish marinated in rosé wine. Perfect for a warm evening!

Ingredients:
- 200 g fish (such as Västäräkki or any preferred fish)
- 1 dl rosé wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil) for garnish
- Steamed vegetables or salad for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the rosé wine, olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
2. Add the fish to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill pan or oven to 200°C (392°F).
4. Grill or bake the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5. Serve the fish with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad, garnished with fresh herbs.
6. Enjoy your summer meal paired with a glass of rosé wine!
