A delicious and vibrant summer meal featuring homemade tortillas and spicy chipotle ground beef, perfect for sharing with friends!Ingredients:
- Wheat Tortillas (8 pieces)
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 dl water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Chipotle Ground Beef (serves 4)
- 400 g ground beef
- 0.5 dl red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 finely chopped chipotle chili (canned)
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Toppings
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges
Instructions:
1. Tortillas:
- Knead the flour, water, and oil into a dough. Add more flour if needed.
- Divide the dough into eight pieces and roll them out into thin rounds on a floured surface.
- Cook the rounds on a hot skillet until brown spots appear on both sides. Transfer them immediately to a plastic bag to keep them soft.
2. Chipotle Ground Beef:
- Mix all the ground beef ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Cook the mixture in a skillet until fully cooked through.
3. Serving:
- Fill each tortilla with chipotle ground beef and add guacamole, salsa, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
