Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed and cooled rooibos tea - 1 cup champagne
- 0.5 cup sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh berries (such as raspberries or blackberries) for garnish
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Brew the rooibos tea and let it cool to room temperature. 2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour the cooled rooibos tea into the glass.
4. Add honey if you desire sweetness.
5. Pour champagne and sparkling water over the rooibos tea.
6. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh berries.
