- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken fillets until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
3. Allow the chicken to cool, then slice it into strips.
4. Rinse the mixed salad greens and place them in a large bowl.
5. Chop the tomato, cucumber, red onion, and avocado, then add them to the salad.
6. Add the cooked chicken strips and crumbled feta cheese to the salad.
7. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the salad and toss well before serving.
