A delicious Indian chicken curry made with tomatoes and cream. This creamy and flavorful dish is perfect for those who fear spicy food.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder (to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
3. Add the crushed garlic and grated ginger. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the diced chicken and cook until nicely browned.
5. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, cream, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and chili powder. Season with salt.
6. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors meld together.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
