Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 200 g pesto
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add pesto to the skillet and mix well. Pour in the cream and stir until the mixture is smooth.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately garnished with fresh basil.
