A delicious pesto made from broccoli, basil, and almonds, packed with vitamins and minerals. Perfectly complements dark pasta. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g broccoli
- 50 g fresh basil
- 50 g almonds
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300 g dark pasta
Instructions:
1. Boil the broccoli in salted water for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and cool.
2. Meanwhile, cook the dark pasta according to the package instructions.
3. In a blender, combine the cooled broccoli, basil, almonds, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
4. Gradually add the olive oil until the pesto reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Toss the prepared pesto with the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
