A delicious no-bake dessert perfect for your festive celebrations.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 10-12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 100 g melted butter
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ripe bananas
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the biscuit base and spread it evenly.
4. Slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the condensed milk.
5. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
6. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas.
7. Garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
8. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
