Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets - Tamarind sauce (to taste)
- 2 dl whole grain rice
- 200 g green beans (fresh or frozen)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast fillets until cooked through. 2. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it cool for a moment.
3. Shred the chicken into small strips using two forks and transfer to a bowl.
