A light and airy dessert topped with whipped cream and fresh berries.

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- Ready-made meringue base
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 dl fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
2. Place the ready-made meringue base on a serving plate.
3. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the meringue base.
4. Arrange the fresh berries beautifully on top of the cream.
5. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
