Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long, thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
3. Place the potato strips in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potato strips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries once during cooking.
6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
