A delightful Pavlova that combines a meringue shell, vanilla whipped cream, and tropical fruits, creating a unique taste experience.

Ingredients:
- Meringue:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- A splash of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 passion fruits
- 3.5 oz (100 g) golden raspberries
- 3.5 oz (100 g) sea buckthorn berries
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
3. Add a splash of white vinegar and sift the cornstarch into the meringue. Gently fold to combine.
4. Shape the meringue mixture into a round disc on the parchment paper, creating a slight dip in the center.
5. Bake the meringue in the oven for about 1 hour, until it is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Allow it to cool.
6. For the filling, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla sugar until it forms soft peaks.
7. Fill the meringue shell with the vanilla cream and top with the diced passion fruits, golden raspberries, and sea buckthorn berries.
8. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a little while before serving.
