Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas- 1 apple
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons Mahti Väinönputki herb elixir
- 1 tablespoon Kerkkä spruce shoot powder
- 1 cup water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cm fresh ginger
Instructions:
1. Peel the frozen bananas and apple. Cut them into pieces.2. Add bananas, apple, spinach, Väinönputki herb elixir, lemon juice, ginger, and water into a blender.
3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
4. Pour the smoothie into bowls and top with Kerkkä spruce shoot powder.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing breakfast.
