A delicious chocolate smoothie bowl packed with protein, perfect for starting your day with energy and a sunny mindset. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 large frozen banana - ½ avocado
- 2 frozen spinach cubes (or 2 handfuls of fresh spinach)
- 2 dl almond milk
- ½ dl vegan protein powder (e.g., Voimaruoka 360 Wholefood coconut)
- 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
- For topping:
- blueberries
- coconut flakes
- fresh mint
- raw chocolate pieces
- cacao nibs
Instructions:
1. Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients (banana, avocado, spinach, almond milk, protein powder, and cocoa powder) in a blender. 2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the smoothie into bowls.
4. Top with your desired toppings, such as blueberries, coconut flakes, mint, raw chocolate pieces, and cacao nibs.
5. Enjoy immediately!
