Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen sea buckthorn berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 mango
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Honey, to taste

Instructions:
1. Place the frozen sea buckthorn berries and frozen banana in a blender.
