A light and refreshing salad that brings summer flavors to your plate. Perfect as a side dish for grilled meals or a light lunch. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g iceberg lettuce
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g black olives
- 1 red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the iceberg lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the cucumber.
3. Thinly slice the red onion.
4. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Crumble feta cheese over the salad and add the black olives.
8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
