Ingredients:

For the Drink:
- 60 ml Brugal rum
- 120 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint for garnish
For the Swordfish Fillets with Smoky Mayonnaise:
- 400 g swordfish fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Drink: In a shaker, combine Brugal rum, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
2. Cook the Swordfish Fillets: Season the swordfish fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
3. Make the Smoky Mayonnaise: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Mix well.
4. Serve: Place the cooked swordfish fillets on a plate and serve with the smoky mayonnaise. Enjoy with the drink.
