Ingredients:

- 200 g hard cheese (e.g., Parmesan or Manchego)
- 150 g chorizo
- 150 g serrano ham
- 100 g olives (black and green)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g hummus
- 1 baguette
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Slice the hard cheese into pieces and arrange them on a serving platter.
2. Thinly slice the chorizo and serrano ham, and place them next to the cheese.
3. Rinse the olives and set them aside on the platter.
