A delightful sushi platter perfect for lunch or dinner, easy to prepare at home.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 200 g sushi rice
- 250 ml water
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g fresh salmon
- 200 g fresh tuna
- 5 nori sheets
- Soy sauce for serving
- Wasabi and pickled ginger for serving

Instructions:

1. Rinse the sushi rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Drain the rice.
2. Cook the rice in water in a pot for about 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Let it cool.
3. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour this mixture over the cooled rice and gently stir.
4. Slice the avocado and cucumber into thin slices. Cut the salmon and tuna into strips.
5. Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat. Evenly spread rice over the nori, leaving 2 cm at the top.
6. Arrange avocado, cucumber, and fish on top of the rice. Roll the nori tightly using the sushi mat.
7. Cut the roll into pieces with a sharp knife.
8. Serve sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
