Serving Size: 2-4 servings
Ingredients:
- Sushi rice
- Rice vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Nori seaweed sheets
- Fresh fish (e.g. salmon or tuna)
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Wasabi
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooled rice.
3. Slice fresh fish, avocado, and cucumber into thin strips.
4. Place a nori seaweed sheet on a sushi mat or plate.
5. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori sheet.
6. Add desired fillings (fish, avocado, cucumber) on top of the rice.
7. Flip the sushi mat and roll the sushi tightly.
8. Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
