A delightful sushi roll filled with fresh ingredients and shrimp, perfect for sushi lovers.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 900 g cooked sushi rice (slightly cooled)
- 3 sheets of nori
- 1/2 cucumber
- 12 large shrimp
- 3 tiger shrimp
Instructions:
1. Prepare the sushi rice and ensure it is slightly cooled.
2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
3. Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, shiny side down.
4. Spread about 1/3 of the sushi rice evenly over the nori sheet.
5. Lay the cucumber strips and shrimp on top of the rice.
6. Roll the nori tightly using the sushi mat for assistance.
7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 with the remaining nori sheets.
8. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
9. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
