Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 20 cm round cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Mix the sugar into the chocolate-butter mixture and let it cool slightly.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still a bit gooey in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before serving.
