Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture, and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving, and dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
