Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
5. Stir in the vanilla sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25–30 minutes, until the cake is cooked but slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with vanilla ice cream.
