This delicious wrap combines smoked fish spread, barley flatbread, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a cabin meal that brings the taste of local ingredients.

Ingredients:

- 4 barley flatbreads
- 200 g smoked fish spread
- 200 g kale (softened)
- 2 carrots (quick-pickled)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A splash of oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Start by quick-pickling the carrots. Slice the carrots into thin strips and place them in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, and vinegar. Mix well and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Soften the kale by boiling it lightly in salted water or steaming it. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the smoked fish spread. Cook on low heat for a few minutes until warmed through.
4. Take the barley flatbreads and spread the smoked fish mixture on each one.
5. Top each wrap with softened kale and the quick-pickled carrots.
6. Roll the wraps tightly and enjoy immediately!
