Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 0.5 dl honey
- 0.5 dl peanut butter
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., apricots or raisins)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, dried fruits, and a pinch of salt.
3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the honey and peanut butter until well combined.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.
5. Pour the honey-peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press down firmly.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
