Delicious muffins that bring a holiday vibe to your coffee time. Perfect for breakfast or a snack on the go! Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 1 egg
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g. apricots or raisins)
- 0.5 dl nuts (e.g. walnuts or almonds)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
3. Add the milk, oil, and egg. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
4. Gently fold in the dried fruits and nuts.
5. Divide the batter into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let them cool for a moment before serving.
