Quick and delicious cinnamon rolls that are easy to make. Perfect for pairing with a cup of coffee or tea!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: About 12 rolls
Ingredients:
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 3/4 dl oil
- 2 dl milk
- 2 tbsp cinnamon-sugar mixture (a blend of cinnamon and sugar)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and cardamom.
3. Add the oil and milk, and stir until the dough is smooth.
4. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into 2 cm thick slices.
7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.
9. Let cool for a moment and serve warm.
