Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or tagliatelle)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Rinse the mushrooms and slice them.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the mushroom mixture and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the mushroom sauce and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
