Ingredients:
- 1 can (about 400 g) chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oil (e.g., coconut oil)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
3. Spread the chickpeas on a paper towel or cloth and gently dry them.
4. Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and add coconut sugar, cinnamon, oil, and salt. Mix well to ensure the chickpeas are coated with the spices.
5. Spread the seasoned chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet.
6. Roast the chickpeas in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crunchy. Stir halfway through for even roasting.
