These crumbly snowball cookies are the perfect treat for winter celebrations. The flavor of cinnamon makes them especially delightful! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: About 20 cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter- 1 dl Sugar and Crumbs Cinnamon Swirl flavored icing sugar
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- Additional: Sugar and Crumbs Cinnamon Swirl flavored icing sugar for rolling
Instructions:
1. Cream the room temperature butter and flavored icing sugar together until well combined.2. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour until a dough forms.
3. Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough in your hands to shape into snowballs.
4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
6. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
7. Roll the warm cookies in the flavored icing sugar and allow them to cool completely.
8. Once cooled, roll the cookies in the icing sugar again for an extra sweet touch.
