A delicious Oreo cheesecake that combines your favorite cookie flavors in a creamy form. Perfect for dessert at parties or to enjoy with coffee. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours refrigeration
Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g Oreo cookies
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 2 tbsp water
- 100 g crushed Oreo cookies (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Crush 200 g of Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan lined with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Soak the gelatin sheets in water for about 5 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and dissolve the gelatin sheets in it.
6. Mix the gelatin solution into the cream cheese mixture.
7. Pour the mixture over the cookie crust and smooth the top.
8. Allow the cheesecake to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Before serving, decorate with crushed Oreo cookies.
