Ingredients:
- 100 g digestive biscuits
- 1 jar (400 g) hazelnut chocolate spread (e.g., Nutella)
- 600 g cream cheese
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. In a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs and hazelnut chocolate spread until well combined.
3. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake pan.
4. Add the cream cheese to the biscuit mixture and blend well until the mixture is completely smooth.
5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
6. Allow the cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
