These heart-shaped mini pastries are the perfect treat for Valentine's Day! A simple pastry dough filled with delicious Nutella. Easy and delightful!
Preparation Time: 30 min + 20 min chilling + 20 min baking
Serving Size: 12 pieces

Ingredients:

- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 150 g butter, softened
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl Nutella

Instructions:

1. Prepare the pastry dough: In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
2. Add the softened butter and egg, and knead the dough until smooth.
3. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick.
6. Cut out heart-shaped pieces from the dough.
7. Place half of the heart-shaped pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Place about a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each heart.
9. Cover the Nutella-filled pieces with the other heart-shaped dough pieces and press the edges tightly together.
10. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.
11. Allow to cool before serving.
