Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Add a little more oil to the pan if necessary.
4. Sauté the onions and garlic, then add the bell pepper and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
5. Return the chicken to the pan and add the cream and soy sauce. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve with fresh herbs on top.
