A simple and hearty dish combining meat, tomatoes, and anchovies, served with boiled potatoes.

Ingredients:

- 2 cans of tomato paste
- 1 can of cooking cream
- 8 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
- 400 g minced beef and pork mixture
- 1 can of anchovy fillets
- Oil for sautéing

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Heat a splash of oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
3. Add the tomato paste, cooking cream, cooked meat mixture, anchovy fillets, and white pepper to the pan.
4. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about ten minutes.
5. Boil the potatoes separately until tender.
6. Serve the vorschmack with the boiled potatoes.
