Description: A hearty and flavorful dish made with ground meat, potatoes, and a rich tomato sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning mix
- 0.2 tsp black pepper
- 1 small can of anchovies, drained
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 0.3 dl ketchup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 potatoes, peeled and boiled
- Tomato paste to taste
- Sour cream for serving
- Water as needed
Instructions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until softened.
3. Stir in the beef bouillon cube, pizza seasoning, black pepper, anchovies, and crushed tomatoes.
4. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, boil the peeled potatoes in a separate pot until tender.
6. Once the potatoes are cooked, add them to the meat mixture and stir to combine.
7. Finish the dish with ketchup, tomato paste, and balsamic vinegar to taste.
8. Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream on top.
