A traditional Finnish dish made with minced meat and anchovies, perfect for a hearty meal.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 hours
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl water
- 240 g lamb mince
- 1 can of anchovies with brine
- Black pepper to taste
- Pickled herring to taste
- 400 g pork and beef mince
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 onions
Instructions:
1. Brown the lamb mince and pork-beef mince together with the chopped onions in a pan.
2. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
3. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit).
4. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor, adding water and mixing well.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
6. Bake in the oven for at least 2 hours.
