Ingredients
- Small leeks- Water
- Salt
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp French mustard
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
1. Wash the leeks thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise.2. Boil water in a pot and add salt.
3. Cook the leeks in the boiling water for about 10-15 minutes, until they are tender but still slightly crisp.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, salt, French mustard, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
5. Drain the leeks and transfer them to a serving dish.
6. Pour the dressing over the leeks and gently toss to combine.
7. Serve warm.
