Ingredients:

- 2 bunches of green asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)

Instructions:

1. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
2. Cut the asparagus lengthwise in half.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the asparagus and toss to coat them in the oil mixture.
4. Grill the asparagus over medium heat for about 3 minutes per side, until nicely charred.
5. Place the grilled asparagus in a foil wrap on the upper rack of the grill to keep warm until serving.
6. Prepare the lemon vinaigrette by mixing lemon juice and zest, balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a bowl.
7. Just before serving, transfer the asparagus to a platter and drizzle with the lemon vinaigrette.
