Description:

Deliciously grilled asparagus tossed in olive oil, seasoned to perfection, and topped with a splash of lemon juice. A perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:

- 500 g fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Wash the asparagus thoroughly and snap off the woody ends.
3. Place the asparagus in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Place the asparagus on the grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and slightly tender, turning halfway through.
5. Remove the asparagus from the grill and squeeze lemon juice over them.
6. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
