Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 50 g feta cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.2. Cut the iceberg lettuce in half lengthwise.
3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Place the lettuce on the grill cut side down. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until the surfaces are nicely golden brown.
5. Carefully turn the lettuce and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Remove the lettuce from the grill and squeeze lime juice over it.
7. Crumble feta cheese on top and garnish with fresh herbs.
